We offer free domestic shipping on all orders. All packages will require a signature confirmation. 

For international orders, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $100. Please check to ensure your country can accept jewelry orders from the US. Your jewelry piece(s) will be insured and declared for the full price of your order. Any taxes or duties due upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that any loss of merchandise during transit will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier for any issues related to lost or missing items.

Returns

Due to the fact that our pieces are made to order, we do not accept returns unless an item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at  info@isleofera.com within 1 day of receiving your order.
